- $50,000 – 60,000 + Super dependent on experience

- Location: Flexibility to work from home or in their stunning brand new offices in Sydney CBD
- Working hours: Monday - Friday rostered hours between 8am and 10pm (optional weekend and evening shifts available - which can be worked from home)

- Go above and beyond for customers to ensure they have an amazing experience
- Ownership to manage a wide variety of end-to-end customer queries
- Engage with customers via phone call, email, chats and social media
- Provide excellent customer service, reassuring and making customers comfortable throughout the process
- Respond to a high volume of requests, enquiries and communications
- Manage email inbox and direct queries accordingly
- Schedule and organise resolutions for customers
- Chase queries and follow up
- Be proactive in your approach to helping customers
- Customer Service experience of any background
- Phone call experience ideal but not necessary for the right candidate
- A caring and empathetic approach
- Ability to work in a team
