Job Description

MAYDAY is delighted to be recruiting for experienced Customer Service Officers who are looking to be part of a great team environment doing rewarding and valuable work. You will be working for a non-for-profit business, dedicated to change.

What's in it for you?
  • $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 + super (depending on experience)
  • Monday - Friday: 8.30am - 5.00pm
  • Located in the CBD / currently WFH

What will you be doing?
  • Take inbound calls from customers ensuring they receive the highest level of customer service
  • Bring empathy and listening skills to help uncover customer needs
  • Problem solving, handling and assessing complaints and resolving these when possible 
  • Interpreting and communicating legislation and regulations
  • Extensive use of databases and records management
  • Manage differences using alternative dispute resolution practices
What experience will you have?
  • Experience in a high-volume call centre environment
  • Proven experience working with a case management system (CMS) or database
  • Ability to understand and communicate technical information
  • Intermediate MS Office skills with strong keyboard skills and accuracy
