Job Description

MAYDAY are excited to be recruiting for an experienced Customer Services Representative to join a Global FM company on a 12 month fixed term contract to cover parental leave. We are seeking to find the right person to act as the first point of contact for the clients, coordinating the management of reactive building works between clients and contractors.

What will you be doing in this role?
  • Delivering high quality customer service for multiple clients 
  • Assigning, coordinating and reverting all calls to the relevant parties  
  • Establishing strong working relationships with clients, contractors and internal staff
  • Adhering to KPI's and targets for all service calls
  • Identifying process improvement opportunities 
 What experience will you have?
  • 2 years’ experience in a customer service role, ideally in a call centre environment
  • A customer-focused approach to meeting and exceeding client expectations
  • Strong problem solving, decision making and analytical abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
