MAYDAY are delighted to be recruiting for 2 part time Technical Support Officers (on a 6 month fixed term contract) for a company that delivers safe and secure solutions for market-leading businesses around Australia.

What you will be doing: 
  • Provide 1st & 2nd level tech support for both ATM and EFTPOS machines
  • Promptly respond to a high volume of inbound calls and emails 
  • Accurately log client issues in multiple systems 
  • Provide excellent customer service to valued clients
  • Aim for 1st call resolution, some escalations and follow ups required
  • Continually adding value to clients and looking for process improvement
What experience you will require?
  • A proactive and positive attitude, with a great phone manner
  • Great problem-solving skills & attention to detail 
  • Technically minded and confident with using systems 
  • Previous technical support experience is desired
