- Work as part of a small, supportive team to provide high level support to clients in the education sector surrounding data collection
- Conduct data quality checks on these clients during the data collection period
- Follow-up with clients in a portfolio of 2000 customers to ensure data collection is efficient and accurate
- Manage internal systems and databases where required
- Focus on improving data quality for the business
- Escalate concerns to management teams where required
- Conduct outbound calls to clients to follow-up on data collection and input
- Experience in a data collection role would be beneficial
- Experience in managing high volumes of outbound calls is essential
- Great computer skills with the ability to adapt to new systems
- Must be able to pass a full background check if required
- Candidates must have a valid Working with Children Check for paid employment, or the ability to process this quickly
- Can commit to the duration of the assignment
- For this role, our client requires candidates to be double vaccinated for COVID19, unless they can't due to a protected attribute such as a medical condition
