- Work closely with the Sales team to forecast and set KPIs and metrics for company growth
- Develop and execute Digital Marketing campaigns and strategies to generate leads and applications
- Work closely with external providers, manage agencies and work with data scientists
- Manage Digital Marketing budget spend
- Work across digital tools such as SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, FB for Business, Social Media, podcasts, testimonials, eDMs, website management
- Assess where in the buying funnel customers are more likely to drop off - find ways to engage at every step of the online buying funnel
- Report on ROI and campaign success, analyse the data and look for opportunities for growth and improvement
- Continuous Test and Learn
- Competitive and Market analysis to improve company positioning
- Find innovative ways to engage the digital audience
- Ad Copy-Writing and Testing
- Work with local teams and USA
- Maximise partner databases
- Has worked in a Digital Marketing role previously with solid experience with marketing strategy
- A financial services industry background
- At least 4 years experience in a Marketing role
- Be able to present ideas and reports to C-level executives
- Has a great balance between technical understanding and people skills
