About the role:
- Own the customer onboarding journey to maximise conversions within set window
- Manage eDM, web and app push notifications, SMS, in-app messaging and other relevant direct marketing channels
- Take ownership of reactivation strategy for dormant customers
- Create and implement strategy for database, identify audiences and manage appropriately including analysis of unsubscribes
- Explore and experiment with new ideas and methods, analysing results in order to strive to the best results and offering
The Ideal Candidate will have:
- 5+ years’ experience in direct marketing
- Expertise in managing multiple direct marketing channels as well as automation
- Growth mindset and desire to work in a dynamic environment and expanding team
- Great collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively within a team
