Currently seeking an experienced Communications and Engagement Manager to lead the way in developing and establishing their brand throughout this period of change and innovation.
  
This exciting and diverse position will offer an experienced professional the opportunity to further develop their career within marketing, communications and stakeholder engagement, playing an integral and pivotal role within the business.
  
Make your mark on this company and work in true partnership with the CEO and Leadership Team to manage all outbound communications and marketing whilst assisting with the re-branding process. The role offers diversity and exposure to community engagement and consultation.

Main responsibilities include:
  • Stakeholder Management
    • Coordinate with key internal and external stakeholders, these can include, local & federal government, senior business leaders, investors, commercial tenants, media and public relations
    • Manage community engagement initiatives and consultations as well as support programs
    • Management of all Investor relations activities
  • Communications and Marketing
    • Opportunity to build and define their brand through a range of platforms
    • Strategizing and implementing the communications and marketing plan on behalf of the business and its multiple functions
    • Take ownership of the company website, social media, marketing collateral, press/media releases and lead the way in brand management
    • Managing proposals and submissions processes
    • Content creation and deployment across multiple channels, including digital and print
    • Maintain media relationships and partnerships
  • Event Management
    • Own internal event management
    • Coordinate with different community groups, supporting in the coordination of meetings and events
  
The ideal candidate:
  • Experience in communications/marketing/engagement is essential
  • Related marketing/communication qualifications would be advantageous
  • Fantastic communication skills and the ability to manage senior stakeholders effectively and with confidence and influence
  • Ability to manage your time independently in order to meet strict deadlines autonomously
  • A proactive forward thinker who uses initiative to resolve problems
