Job Description
Join a business on an upward trajectory after substantial investment, they have impressive plans in place for expansion and development. Currently seeking an experienced EA / Office Manager to provide support to the CEO and Leadership Team during this exciting growth phase.
This is a diverse standalone administrative support position for a commercial outfit, work in partnership with the CEO, manage senior stakeholders and ensure the daily office operations run smoothly.

Main responsibilities include:
- EA to CEO
- Provide true EA support to the CEO – managing their diary, inbox, communications, travel, document and meeting preparation
- Be the first point of contact internally and externally for the CEO, managing enquiries and actioning where appropriate
- Management of enquiries from senior stakeholders from various positions including federal and state government, investors, clients, tenants and business leaders
- Office Management
- Take ownership of the day-to-day running of the office including budgeting and ordering of supplies and stationery
- Meet and greet visitors, managing meeting room bookings and catering/refreshments
- Management of internal staff events and occasions
- Troubleshooting IT queries and resolving any office/facilities issues with the support of consultants and outside resources
- Administration
- Provide administrative and secretarial support to the Leadership Team
- Assist the Communications and Engagement Manager with events management and marketing administration
The ideal candidate:
- Experience in providing EA/PA support at Senior Level
- Can adapt and be resourceful working in a smaller office environment, taking initiative to create processes, templates and procedures
- Effective communicator who can liaise with, negotiate and influence senior individuals
- A proactive forward thinker and efficient problem solver
