Our client is a boutique childcare enrolments business who is seeking an enthusiastic and committed Enrolment Consultant to join their growing team at their Northern Beaches office. The team is growing and so is their need for great people.
You will be responsible for the management of enrolments, driving occupancy and delivering premium customer service. Working within a supportive team you'll assist with initial enquiries, follow up on sales leads and ensure occupancy targets are achieved.

Key role responsibilities:
- Manage pre-enrolment and enrolment process for a group of childcare centres
- Attend to enquiries, follow up on sales leads and ensure all enrolment needs are met
- Scheduling centre tours for families and completing follow up calls
- Update marketing material and preparing presentations
- Promote and upsell
- Experience in a customer service, call centre or sales environment
- Strong administration and computer skills and an eye for detail
- Warm, friendly and compassionate phone manner
- Previous experience using Qikkids or Xplor would be an advantage
