Job Description

MAYDAY Recruitment are delighted to be searching for an experienced Executive Assistant to support the CEO and CFO of a top health services company. This is a Sydney CBD head office based role with a wonderful company culture where staff say they've made friends for life.

This role requires Mandarin speaking and writing abilities in order to liaise with their China offices (head office in Australia is English-speaking).

The role:
  • Busy diary management
  • National and international travel arrangement for execs and their teams
  • General administration support
  • Train and on-board new EAs
  • Coordinate and manage events and conferences throughout the year, up to 120 guests
  • Expenses
  • Reporting, using PowerPoint
  • Build rapport across the difference sites to become the trusted contact between sites, providing recommendations and communication
  • Liaise with the China office and coordinate travel arrangements with their support team
The ideal candidate:
  • Has solid experience as an Executive Assistant
  • Mandarin speaking and writing abilities, with great English skills
  • Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
  • Doesn't need flexibility- this role needs full commitment
