Job Description
The responsibilities of this role will include:
- General administrative support
- Diary management
- Manage all travel arrangements
- Manage all logistic requirements including rooms, catering, resourcing, printing of materials, calendars and attendance.
- Collation of materials required for board meetings
- Ad-hoc support and collaboration with other Executives/Senior Managers
- Executive Assistant experience
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- An ability to engage actively with stakeholders and clients
- Strong organisational and planning skills
- Strong computer skills and with the ability to learn quickly (Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel and G-5Mail)
