Job Description

Currently, they are looking for a confident Executive Assistant with a no fuss, hands-on approach. This is a maternity cover position with an excellent opportunity to diversify your skill set.

The responsibilities of this role will include:

  • General administrative support
  • Email inbox and diary management
  • Reconcile and submit expenses
  • Manage all travel arrangements
  • Manage all logistic requirements including rooms, catering, resourcing, printing of materials,
  • calendars and attendance.
  • Collation of materials required for board meetings
  • Make the tough decisions when necessary
  • Ad-hoc support and collaboration with other Executives/Senior Managers
  • Prepare agendas, manage attendance, distribution and communication of information to
  • relevant parties
  • Compiling and distribute reports as required
You will have the following skills and experience:
  • 5+ years' Executive Assistant experience
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • An ability to engage actively with stakeholders and clients
  • Strong organisational and planning skills
  • Strong computer skills and with the ability to learn quickly (Microsoft Office Suite including
    Word, Excel and G-5Mail)
