MAYDAY are delighted to be recruiting for a Facilities Customer Support for a well-known global ASX listed Facilities Management organisation.

On-site with one of their biggest stakeholders, this role is starting immediately and will go for 6-8 weeks and potentially longer.

What will you be doing?
  • Take job orders from Building Managers and log them in the system 
  • Liaise with contractors to ensure work is booked and completed
  • Problem solving to ensure jobs run smoothly
  • Be the first point of contact for internal stakeholders with facilities inquiries
  • Relationship building and stakeholder management - build strong connections and uphold quality customer service
  • Contribute to process improvement
What experience do you need?
  • Experience working in a similar role within a facilities management company is highly desirable
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport
  • Attention to detail 
  • Proficient in Microsoft office
