Job Description

A global Management Consultancy seek an adaptable and flexible EA to join their established Sydney team. In this highly visible role, the placeholder will have the opportunity to support various teams within the business both long term and short term.

Main responsibilities include:
  • Heavy, extensive and complex diary management 
  • Work across multiple time zones effectively
  • Manage international & domestic travel, accommodation and visas
  • Work as an effective member of the internal EA team, supporting others and working on shared projects where appropriate 
  • Preparation of presentations and documentation for meetings
  • Process of time sheets and expenses with a high level of accuracy
  • Rearranging meetings and travel at short notice
  • Support Partners and teams with marketing activity, roadshow and event assistance
The ideal candidate:
  • Confident and skilled at complex diary management for multiple individuals
  • Experience working for a professional corporate organisation
  • Proven PA or EA experience supporting a small team
  • Highly computer literate (Microsoft Office) and a strong administrator
  • Adaptable individual with a flexible approach
