My client is a leading SaaS innovator with a strong, stable growth history and an excellent position in the market. For this brand new role, we are seeking an experienced sales people leader to add to the company's upbeat culture, and eventually progress into a broader leadership position.

About the role:
  • Lead and develop a small, driven sales team
  • Set sales targets and manage KPIs
  • Advise on account management and growth plans
  • Develop and implement direct and channel sales strategies
  • Relationship building with existing and prospective B2B customers
  • Contract negotiation and recognising opportunities for new business
  • Network at industry events and act as representative at conferences
  • Analyse sales results and report on performance vs budget 
  • Identify areas for sales process improvement 
  • Continue to select new  build the sales team
The ideal candidate:
  • Experience with inspiring and leading sales teams within FinTech
  • Enjoy training and developing staff
  • Microsoft D365 F&O / Oracle ERP channel experience
  • Hunger for meeting targets and driving sales growth
  • Ability to analyse and report on sales data
