Job Description
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with Technical Help Desk experience who is in the beginning of their career, seeking a role where you can shine, grow and develop. The role will focus on managing and resolving all Level One technical incidents and outages, to ensure speedy resolution and optimal customer satisfaction.

- Monitor all IT systems ensuring they are functioning as business requirements
- Respond to system events or faults and take appropriate action
- Monitor incidents, coordinating the effective response management whilst managing communication to the wider business
- Triage all incidents, aiming for a fixed resolution with minimal customer impact
- Problem Solving – some situations may be unique, requiring you to think outside the box
- Technical degree and / or technical help-desk experience
- Self-confident with ability to work autonomously as well as ability to triage and raise issues with senior team members
- Great problem-solving skills & attention to detail
- Strong communication skills – both verbal and written
- Commitment to delivering great customer service
- Confident with range of IT systems
