Your role will include, but is not limited to:

- Implementing end-to-end HR strategies, policies and systems
- Answering the general office line
- Ensuring a well run, clean and professional presented office environment 
- Managing accounts receivables and payables, including invoicing and progress claims 
- Secretarial functions; diary management, company cars, all tech 
- Any other office management and HR duties that are required

The ideal candidate

- Tertiary qualified in a HR related field 
- Proven experience in a similar role 
- A positive attitude and a mature-minded approach 
- A willingness to take on a wide variety of tasks
- An understanding of workforce legislation and compliance issues
- Competent across all Microsoft Office suite of tools
