- Location: Based in Perth with occasional travel to Geraldton
- Hours: 8.30-5.30pm no overtime required

- Carry out general administration tasks for the HR Department
- Review processes and make improvements
- Carry out pre-employment checks
- Ensure contracts are up to date, accurate, and comply with legislation
- Ensure electronic and paper-based personnel files are maintained and filing is completed promptly
- Managing the employee recruitment, selection, onboarding, and offboarding.
- Maintaining HRIS data integrity
- Available for an immediate start date
- Ability to use initiative and work autonomously
- Experience in HR is desirable
- Loves working in a fast-paced, problem-solving environment
- Strong verbal & written communication skills
- Tech-savvy with the ability to pick up new systems quickly
