- Support logistics stakeholders & retail leaders
- Work in collaboration with the HR Manager
- Provide business partnering support from the Executive Leadership team to the warehouse floor.
- Identify and lead key strategic initiatives that result from the integration of our logistics business, ensuring people projects are delivered successfully.
- Providing support and guidance on performance management issues, investigations, disciplinary issues, termination and employee grievances.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant enterprise agreements, awards, and employment conditions.
- Liaise and work closely with project teams on current HR projects.
- You will have relevant experience in a previous HRBP role
- A background in the logistics, manufacturing or retail industry.
- Comfortable working on your own initiative, with a problem-solving mindset.
- Have knowledge and understanding of the applicable awards.
- Have great communication & be results-focused with the ability to work with multiple teams.
