- Proactively partnering with leadership to provide innovative, sustainable and practicable HR solutions
- Providing day-to-day performance management guidance (coaching, counselling, career development, performance, disciplinary actions)
- Creating, implementing and managing HR policies, procedures and processes
- Leading the organisation in driving high-performing team culture and promoting this to potential hires
- Assist with recruitment needs, both internally and with recruitment agencies
- Design staff well-being programmes and organise staff events
- Advise management of changes in employment Law
- Tertiary qualified with 3-5 HR generalist experience
- Proven knowledge of IR/ER and employment legislation
- Experience in delivering an impeccable customer/stakeholder service
- Solid understanding and application of contemporary HR practices, concepts and trends
- Superior organisational skills, excellent judgement and attention to detail
