- Support the compliance teams with high-volume administration skills
- Work closely with recruitment teams to support with pre-employment screening services including police checks and working with children checks
- Maintain application information and documentation effectively on in-house systems and databases
- Assist in issuing letters of offer, ensuring all checks and approvals have been obtained prior to this
- Ad-hoc HR administration duties focussing on recruitment and compliance support
- Must be able to pass a police check
- Have a working with children check or be in a position to carry this out ASAP
- Available for an immediate start date
- Experience in Human Resources administration and coordination, particularly supporting recruitment/compliance functions
- Government experience is highly-desirable
- Loves working in a fast-paced, problem-solving environment
- Is available to work flexibly across 35 hours per week
- Great typing speed is required for the role
- High level team work and communication skills are essential
- Experience in the use of bespoke IT systems
