Our client are looking for a proactive Inbound Customer Service candidate to join their busy and supportive team in North Ryde.

- Answer inbound calls and emails in a timely manner
- Speaking to existing customers and logging technical queries
- Providing quotes on products and services
- Manage and resolve complaints
- Building positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to be proactive and use initiative
- Strong Microsoft skills with accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workload on a daily basis
