Job Description

Our client is looking for a switched on customer centric representative to join their team in the CBD. The role is to start ASAP for 3-6 months, with possibility to go perm for the right candidate.

The role overview:
  • Location, is based in stunning corporate offices in Sydney CBD  
  • Working hours,  Monday- Friday standard office hours, with NO demand to stay late or work weekends EVER.
  • Team, although you are working for a Global company you will be working with a collaborative small/medium sized team
  • Management, you will learn from the best, working for a motivating and supportive Management team

The role:
  • Take high volume customer product orders mainly via email, but also including calls  
  • Provide an exceptional customer experience
  • Process customer orders
  • Investigate and validate credit/returns
Experience needed:
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Previous Customer Service experience working in either FMCG, healthcare, or pharmaceuticals
  • MS office experience including Excel
  • Pro-active and positive attitude towards your work
