The role overview:
- Location, is based in stunning corporate offices in Sydney CBD
- Working hours, Monday- Friday standard office hours, with NO demand to stay late or work weekends EVER.

The role:
- Take high volume customer product orders mainly via email, but also including calls
- Provide an exceptional customer experience
- Process customer orders
- Investigate and validate credit/returns
Experience needed:
- Excellent communication skills
- Previous Customer Service experience working in either FMCG, healthcare, or pharmaceuticals
- MS office experience including Excel
- Pro-active and positive attitude towards your work
