Job Description
The working hours will be Monday-Friday, 2pm-10pm on a temporary basis with the view to go permanent for the right candidate.
Your role will be varied, but will include:
- Answer inbound calls and emails in a timely manner
- Speaking to existing customers and logging technical queries
- Providing Quotes on products and services
- Manage and resolve complaints
- Building positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to be proactive and use initiative
- Strong Microsoft skills with accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workload on a daily basis
- Ability to work autonomously and within a team
