- Ensure all warm leads passed to you are followed up in a timely manner
- 2+ years' experience in a phone-based B2B sales / account management role
- Confident communicator who can influence clients at senior management levels
- Hungry for success and delivering results
- Prides themselves on maintaining excellent service levels
