- Partner with Divisional Learning Leads and Enterprise Skills Lead to drive capability uplift critical to the delivery of enterprise capability strategy
- Be accountable for tagging, learning channels, learning plans and spotlight strategy and process management
- Partnering with Group support teams, IT, Shared services, functional SME’s, and divisional learning teams
- Accountable for design principles and standards and asset management of digital content
- Bring in ‘outside in’ and market trends on digital learning delivery
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- Digital learning content management
- Experienced in working with global LMS and/or LXP
- Has led, or participated in, the development of an integrated global and local learning strategy – in a global context, or at minimum in a multi-region context
- Experienced in application of capability frameworks, models and their use in upskilling and driving business performance
- Experienced in build, management and delivery of significant project /program budgets
