MAYDAY Recruitment are searching for a friendly and diligent Office Manager who loves to get involved throughout a business, has the desire to provide top directorial support where needed, and enjoys maintaining the general running of the office.

The Role:
  • Assist with the general running and success of the office
  • Assist the Director with correspondence via email and letters
  • Diary management and travel bookings - domestic and interstate
  • Supporting the director by getting coffees and lunches
  • Invoicing and some basic finance assistance
  • Welcoming guests and answering phones
  • Maintaining the general tidiness of meeting rooms
  • Ordering office and kitchen supplies
  • Organise events such as staff parties and birthday celebrations
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Strong Administrative skills
  • A people-person who loves to contribute to a sense of community
  • Happy to get involved with the less-glamorous tasks where need be
  • Resilience to manage busy workloads and to support a director who's demands and focus may need to change last minute
