Main responsibilities include:
- Diary management, booking meeting rooms and any ensuring any client requirements are catered for
- Formatting and amending documents accurately and in line with deadlines
- Assist with the monthly billing and reporting process
- Providing administrative support to partners and fee earners
- Handling confidential information and acting with discretion
- Assisting with client queries and ensuring the high level of customer service is provided
- Manage client data and ensure all is accurately logged into CRM software
- Conduct conflict checks and due diligence as required
- Drafting correspondence and amending as appropriate
The ideal candidate:
- 3-5 years’ experience as a Legal Secretary (any discipline)
- Attitude is key, we are seeking a hardworking, driven and professional individual
- Highly computer literate and a strong administrator
- Excellent team player who wants to bring a positive contribution to the team
