The Job Summary
This exciting opportunity is to support the operations of our clients business. You will responsible for the provision of spare parts sourcing, quoting, purchasing & coordinating logistics for all inbound deliveries, domestic & international for our client to supply its customers throughout the ANZ region.

What will you do? 
  • Identifying and maintaining a robust supplier network;
  • Ensuring purchase orders have been processed to meet customer request date;
  • Raising & revising of purchase & sales orders as required;
  • Matching purchase orders and invoices for payment;
  • Coordinating the preparation of tender for both inventory and logistics;
  • Assisting with other duties as required, for the day-to-day operations
  • Project coordination and support
  • Investigating of orders and resolve issues as required
  • Identify cost saving efficiencies in line with company vision
  • Working with a variety of transport vendors in sourcing and securing cost effective services whilst keeping sensitive timelines in mind.
What we are looking for:
  • You must have experience working in an industrial engineer logistics environment
  • Customer focused approach to both internal and external clients
  • Forklift license
  • Strong understanding of EH&S and compliance
  • You will be an analytical thinker and can identify possible solutions to problems
  • You can operate under a level of high pressure, rapidly changing business conditions and uncertain business environments
  • You will have excellent communication and listening skills
  • Results driven
  • Team player
  • Ideally you will have previous experience and proficiency with JDE (or commitment with the ability to learn JDE)
  • Additionally Strong Microsoft Office Suite knowledge (Excel, Word, Outlook)
