MAYDAY Recruitment is delighted to be seeking an engaged Marketing Campaign Manager for a top tech services company in the Sydney CBD. The company forms part of a global group and is ever-expanding, staying on top of the latest technology trends.

  • Work very closely with the Head of Marketing on strategy, whilst being in a highly autonomous (yet supported) role
  • Work with a Marketing Co-ordinator, internal teams such as Graphic Designers and Developers, and marketing agencies
  • Keep your marketing skills up to speed, executing across campaigns
The role:
  • Acquisition and retention focused role; develop lead generation pipelines, monitor prospecting campaigns and client campaigns
  • Work across digital, social, content, communications and events; build company presence
  • Develop go-to-market plans
  • Build and manage marketing budgets
  • Work closely with the Sales teams to improve lead conversion rates
  • Track and report on marketing metrics
  • Process improvement to decrease cost and increase efficiency
  • Build strategy and execute campaigns, with support form internal and external teams
The ideal candidate:
  • Has used systems such as Marketo, Perdot, Eloqua, or the like
  • Ability to understand (and therefore be able to market) technology products and services
  • Ability to make decisions and work unsupervised in an end-end Marketing role
  • B2B Marketing experience
  • An adaptable mindset
