- Analyse and pay medical claims
- Maintain claims process within KPI's targets and time frames
- Maintain medical records and contract details
- Provide exceptional customer service for members and Medicare providers
- Ad-Hoc duties as required
- Claims experience ideal but not essential
- Must have your own laptop and strong WIFI connection
- Fast learner with the ability to work to deadlines
- Medical experience and seeking a more diverse role
