- Building a great rapport with potential customers
- Following up with customers to convert to a sale
- Closing the sale and managing the ongoing relationship
- Updating sales information on various CRM systems
- Providing exceptionally high-quality customer service to new and existing customers
- Experience in membership sales would be beneficial
- Ideal candidates will come from a Sales or KPI focused background
- Passion for the fitness industry and helping get people started towards a healthier lifestyle
- Friendly and compassionate phone manner
- Outstanding communication skills
- HubSpot experience would be beneficial
