- Assess and negotiate claims, with a personal, hands-on approach
- Make liability decisions
- Building and developing relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Resolve complaints in accordance with guidelines
- Authorise payments within delegated limits
- Coordinate all investigations and legal referrals
- Prepare all necessary forms, records and documentation, to include statistical analyses and reports, for all claims assigned, as required by various regulatory agencies.
- Previous claims management experience within the motor space essential
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong communication skills and the ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders
- Great time management and organisational skills
- Keen desire to learn and develop in your career
