- Greeting visitors upon arrival
- Operating main phone line
- Assist in diary management duties for C-Level Execs
- Meeting-room management using Outlook - keep the space neat and tidy
- Maintenance of staff leave planner
- Order and maintain stationary supplies
- Assist the Operations Lead with other duties
- Get involved with general administrative support
- Contribute to the positive and upbeat company culture
- Assist in organising company events such as Melbourne Cup and Christmas party
- Previous administrative or reception experience
- Proactive and innovative approach - someone keen to progress in their career
- Clear communication skills with a impeccable phone manner
- Reliable & Punctual
- Full working rights in Australia
- Experience in a reception or administration role within a busy office environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft application (Word, Outlook, Excel)
