MAYDAY are excited to be recruiting for an experienced Administrator and Receptionist to join a fantastic, very welcoming organisation located in the CBD.

This is a busy role working with a supportive and empowering manager and you will be the face of the company. The ideal candidate will not be afraid to get stuck in, have a friendly, approachable personality and have the ability to be proactive and use initiative.

  • Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm

Main responsibilities include:
  • Greeting visitors upon arrival
  • Operating main phone line
  • Meeting-room management using Outlook - keep the space neat and tidy
  • Maintenance of staff leave planner
  • Order and maintain stationary supplies
  • Assist the Operations Lead with other duties
  • Get involved with general administrative support
  • Contribute to the positive and upbeat company culture
  • Help in organising company events
  • Organise birthday cards 
The ideal candidate will:
  • Previous administrative or reception experience
  • Clear communication skills with a impeccable phone manner
  • Reliable & Punctual 
  • Full working rights in Australia
  • Experience in a reception role within a busy office environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft application (Word, Outlook, Excel)
