MAYDAY are delighted to be recruiting for an experienced Office Administrator/Receptionist for a well-known retail head office in Smeaton Grange. 

This role is to cover Christmas leave for 3 weeks.

What will you be doing?
  • Processing and managing Purchase Orders
  • Receptionist duties - meet and greet visitors 
  • Office administration 
  • Use MS Excel to assist with finance tasks
What experience do you need?
  • Minimum 3 years experience in an admin/reception role
  • Ability to adapt and help the team out wherever needed 
  • Experience using MS Excel
  • Friendly personality
