- 23 hours per week: Monday 9:30am - 3:30pm; Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 10:30am - 3:30pm; Friday 10:30am - 3:00pm
- Reception duties such as greeting visitors, answering phone calls and signing for parcels
- Ordering food items for the kitchen and doing food stocktake
- Preparing employee lunches daily
- Maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen and communal areas, and meeting rooms
- Packing and emptying the dishwasher daily
- Taking minutes at company meetings and distributing via email
- Sorting and distributing mail
- Visiting the post office and bank for the company daily
- General office administration, stationary ordering and upkeep
- Experience working as a kitchen hand or similar
- An upbeat, friendly & can do attitude
- Customer-focused with attention to detail
- Decision-making skills within the scope of the role
