- Navigating queries from the different businesses to ensure queries are addressed promptly
- Ensuring that office amenities are maintained in a professional way
- Meeting and greeting of clients and organising catering requirements
- Answering incoming phone enquiry calls from clients
- Responding to requests for information utilising core systems, databases, and templates
- Update client/provider information in databases
- Ordering and procurement of office equipment
- Arranging facilities services – eg: utilities connections
- Organising couriers including collection of equipment and property and liaising with courier companies
- Ordering of office equipment, supplies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good time management and organisational skills
- Strong Microsoft Excel and Word skills, including graphing & template creation
- High attention to detail
- Ability to be flexible and adapt to the needs of a changing environment.
