Job Description

Our client has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Receptionist to join them in their corporate offices as an Office Coordinator. 

This is a varied role working with a largely supportive and professional team on a 6 month FTC, with a strong possibility to extend.

Main responsibilities include:
  • Greeting and directing visitors in a professional manner 
  • Ensuring the smooth the day to day running of the office, facilities and supplies
  • Booking board rooms, and ordering catering 
  • Assisting organising company events where required
The ideal candidate will:
  • Excellent communication style with the ability to communicate professionally with staff at all levels
  • Be reliable & punctual 
  • Have proficiency in Microsoft application (Word, Outlook, Excel)
  • Action orientated
  • Experience in a similar position
