Job Description
This is a varied role working with a largely supportive and professional team on a 6 month FTC, with a strong possibility to extend.
Main responsibilities include:
- Greeting and directing visitors in a professional manner
- Ensuring the smooth the day to day running of the office, facilities and supplies
- Booking board rooms, and ordering catering
- Assisting organising company events where required
- Excellent communication style with the ability to communicate professionally with staff at all levels
- Be reliable & punctual
- Have proficiency in Microsoft application (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Action orientated
- Experience in a similar position
