MAYDAY are delighted to be assisting a pioneering Wealth Management company with the recruitment of an Office Manager/ Personal Assistant, based in the CBD. 

This is a pivotal role where you will represent a fantastic brand and join a supportive company culture.

What will you be doing?
  • Meet and greet high level clients 
  • Be responsible for the management of all catering & stationary orders
  • Book travel and manage accommodation arrangement for any staff travelling
  • Organise boardrooms and meetings as well as couriers
  • Manage and organise office events including moving & arranging furniture
  • Be responsible for all facilities management
  • Other ad-hod administration duties as required
What experience will you have?
  • Previous office management experience 
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent Microsoft Suite knowledge
  • Ability to multitask
  • Dynamic personality and the ambition to take the role and make it your own
  • Ability to move furniture 
  • Full working rights within Australia
