Growing  technology provider based in the CBD are looking for a fantastic, dynamic and proactive Executive Assistant and Office Manager to ensure the smooth running of a growing, modern office as well as being a pivotal point of support to the CEO and Senior Leadership team.

What will you be doing?
  • Creating efficiency for a driven and ambitious CEO and senior team by managing their diaries
  • Ensuring executives are well prepared for meetings by collating information and producing well rounded presentations for not just board but client meetings with leading financial services organisations
  • Manage a highly organised office environment by ensuring all stationary is available, on-boarding processes are proficient, liaising with lessors and streamlining office lunches and social events
  • Create a fantastic business atmosphere by assisting in the organisation of successful conferences, internal and external events
What are we looking for?
  • A dynamic, experienced Executive Assistant or Office Manager, who loves being the go-to person in the office
  • Someone who can work autonomously and use their creativity and forward thinking to ensure Executives are the most prepared they can be for meetings, and employees who have everything they need to ensure the business succeeds
  • A switched on, professional and confident support system, who knows clients inside and out and is a pleasure to liaise with
  • Start up experience would be an advantage to your application but not a necessity
