MAYDAY Recruitment are delighted to be assisting in the recruitment of an experience Office Manager/Executive Assistant, to cover a maternity leave, for a boutique recruitment agency based in the CBD. 

This role will be pivotal to not only leading 2 direct reports, but also providing executive level support the Founder and Director of the business.

The Role
  • Provide executive level support to the Director, in regards to diary management, meeting booking,  some email management
  • Manage multiple events, breakfasts and after work for candidates and clients
  • Manage day to day running of the office as well as leading 2 direct reports
  • Produce and present reports to Directors and Heads of 
  • Be the go-to person within the office for all administrative inquiries
The Ideal Candidate

  • Confident, calm and polished with a positive outlook
  • Professional, warm and calming energy with aligning values to the business
  • 3-5 years prior Office Management or Executive Assistant experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Full working rights and able to commit to the 12 month period.
