Job Description

MAYDAY is calling for an experienced Office Manager to join a CBD-based Project Management company who are rapidly growing. The company has a start up feel, so there's an amazing opportunity for the right person to bring their own flavour to the role, and to take on varied tasks that interest them.

The Role:

 

  • Organising meetings and events
  • Document and tender preparation
  • Reconcile monthly expenses
  • Project coordination and support minute taking
  • Email, administration and phone support 
  • Managing the on-boarding process for new employees
  • Filing, scanning and printing
  • Manage business issues, client relationships and requests
  • Ordering office and kitchen supplies

The ideal candidate will:

 

 

  • Have Office Management or Office Administration experience
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Great Microsoft Word formatting skills, and some knowledge of Excel and Adobe
  • Be friendly with a confident, can-do attitude
