MAYDAY are excited to be searching for an experienced Clinic Operations / Facilities Manager to join a growing skincare clinic. You will oversee and drive compliance ensuring high standards are set for the clinic operations.
This includes managing the Repairs & Maintenance Program and the Clinic Facilities Audit Program to ensure the clinics are safe, meet brand standards and are able to operate efficiently at all times.

- Contribute to the development, implementation, and monitoring of day to day processes with a continuous improvement focus
- Demonstrated experience in a high-volume role and delivering on multiple projects with conflicting priorities
- Demonstrated experience and understanding of the preparation and ongoing management of expenditure budgets
- Exceptional communication, relationship building and interpersonal skills including the ability to simply communicate technical information and keep stakeholders informed
- Experience in procurement and negotiating
- High level of it proficiency eg I-Audit (or similar), Microsoft Office package, particularly excel
- Understanding of Australian Standards and risk management issues and a proactive approach
