What will you do? 
  • Advertise and search for talent, build talent pools and network
  • Interview candidates over the phone
  • Conduct reference checks
  • Recommend top candidates to put forward for roles
  • Candidate follow up calls and check-ins
  • Form strong relationships with candidates 
  • Client contact
  • Assist with candidate compliance
  • A fast paced role where you service roles placed all over Australia
  • In time progress to a Consultant and bring on new business
What we are looking for:
  • Experience in recruitment or HR, OR experience in medical, such as medical reception desirable, however attitude is more important in this role
  • A driven attitude - sales candidates will do well here
  • A strong customer service ethic; build genuine relationships with your candidates 
  • Administration experience within prior roles desirable
  • Confident communicator over the phone
