MAYDAY are looking for an experience Personal Assistant with experience supporting multiple contacts with their inbox, diary and ad hoc duties.
This is a 6 week position working 2 days a week Thursday & Friday (potentially longer) to start next week. This position is Working From Home however if you do prefer to be in the office is based in the CBD.

- Supporting 3 Senior Leaders
- Diary management
- Inbox management
- Expenses
- Ad hoc administrative tasks
- Organising meetings
- Minimum of 2 Years Personal Assistance experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organisational and planning skills
- Strong computer skills
- Ideally Financial Services, Insurance or Risk experience
- Supported 2 or more reporters previously
- Part Time position so great for any student visas or people returning to work.
- 6 week position with the view to be extended

- $35.00 - $40.00 per hour + Super
- Fabulous CBD location if you would like to work from the office
- 2 days per week, Thursday & Friday (no flexibility)
