A well-established international conglomerate is seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to join their business on a 12-month contract. Partner with this diverse and innovative business that have been successfully operating for over 200 years.
An excellent opportunity for an individual experienced in managing multiple payroll entities to add value to a successful team. Work alongside an established APAC HR Manager in a fast paced and rewarding environment. Main responsibilities include:
  • Managing payroll for multiple business entities across separate platforms and third parties
  • Partnering with Finance Managers across the business to ensure effectiveness
  • Be the point of contact for payroll queries across the business
  • Manage integration project for newly acquired business
  • Evaluating effectiveness of existing processes, striving for process improvement and development
  • Collating all cash journals across pay lines
  • Collating the end of month payrolls journals for processing
  • Involvement on payroll projects and initiatives on a global scale
  • Movement of employees between different entities following acquisitions
  • Develop functional relationships with key senior stakeholder internationally
The ideal candidate:
  • Strong knowledge of Australian payroll requirements and relevant legislation
  • Hold approximately 4-7 years’ experience in a Payroll management position
  • Knowledge of Chris21 and Outsource ADP Payforce /ADP PayLine
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and SAP
  • A dynamic problem solver with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
