- $80,000 package
- Processing monthly payroll and off cycle payments (if required), accurately and on time.
- Identifying and participating in continuous improvement projects to drive efficiencies within payroll including streamlining processes and improving operations.
- Safeguarding the organisation by ensuring the right processes, governance and controls are in place.
- Ensuring payroll reconciliations and reporting are completed accurately and on time.
- End to end payroll experience across both Australia and New Zealand, including payroll tax, superannuation/Kiwi Saver, PAYG, IRD.
- Solid understanding of Australian and NZ legislative entitlements.
- Knowledge of SAP desired but not essential as training provided.
- Experience completing reconciliations (payroll tax, IRD, balance sheet recs)
- Experience dealing with workers compensation including premiums, payments, statutory limits and wages declarations.
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills.
- Will consider applications from all over Australia.
