Our client is an expert within the Tech space. A newly created role, they are looking for a People and Culture Manager to help take this growing company to the next level. Having seen consistent growth year or year since beginning, there is no stopping them, but they need an experienced People and Culture / Manager to assist in the support to the CEO to ensure their success.
You will be well versed within the P&C / HR space. Having worked in this arena for a few years you may be looking now for a position with complete autonomy, one of which you can grow in to the Director level.
The role will continue to evolve and give the right candidate the opportunity to make it their own. To include:
- Work closely with the CEO of this multi million dollar business to put together growth strategies to continued success
- Develop relationships with the employees to understand their development plans and ensure they reach their goals with company support
- Understand how to get the best from each team member
- Document all policies and procedures as needed
- Succession planning whilst understanding the possible gaps within the business
- Working with Internal Recruitment on job descriptions, job advertisements
The ideal person for this role with be:
- Ambitious with the drive to be Director and head up P&C
- Consistent high performer
- High level of emotional intelligence.
- Experienced but not jaded by past knowledge
- Target driven and passionate about the future of Tech
